Through this initiative, AQUILAW IQ embarks on an avant-garde journey, introducing experimental ideas through research, concept development, and program implementation.
AQUILAW IQ, a society registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act of 1961, aims to serve as a centre of excellence, conducting comprehensive analyses of social welfare, gender-based discrimination, disparities, and minority-related issues.AQUILAW IQ regularly publishes and contributes to guides and journals and works alongside editorial boards in the fields of law, policy, and governance. The institution strives to bridge the gap between legal theory and its practical application, bringing about positive societal impact by connecting key stakeholders by publishing articles, thought leadership pieces, and research papers.
AQUILAW IQ also organizes, sponsors, and participates in public lectures, debates, and meetings to raise public awareness and educate the general public. As a think tank and knowledge centre, it aims to promote education and disseminate knowledge by establishing libraries and reading rooms as part of its educational mission.Notable events organized by AQUILAW IQ include a symposium featuring Mr Kapil Sibal, Senior Advocate and Member of Parliament, on ‘modern federalism’, collaboration with CII – State IWN for their flagship event on gender equality, and sponsoring a master class with marketing expert Mr Martin Roll on ‘building global brands’.
